Rules

• The number of times a student can enroll in the same course is two (first attempt plus one retake).
• Students requesting to enroll in a course for the third time must have approval from the course instructor or academic dean.
• Students requesting to enroll in the same course beyond a third attempt must have academic dean approval.
• Grades, including No Show (NS) and Withdrawal (W) for all course attempts will show on a student’s transcript, however only the most recent course attempt and letter grade will be included within a student’s term and cumulative grade point average (GPA).
